Pre-Check In

We’re looking forward to your upcoming reservation with us! Whether staying over night or joining us for daycare, we want to make your check-in process go as quickly and smoothly as possible, please complete the following prior to your arrival date:

1. Review your Annual All Services E-Contract You will be electronically sent a contract for our services when you make an appointment. This will stay on file with us for a year. Review it for accuracy and reach out with any questions. Ensure that your confirmation email is accurate. 2. Share up-to-date vaccine information with us. Vaccines are required in order to board your pet or participate in our daycare program —for their safety and the safety of other pets staying with us. You can email these records directly to your center. CLICK HERE for a list of locations and their contact information. 3. Discuss any medications and/or medical conditions with our team. If your pet has a medical condition or is on medication, please call ahead and let us know. We want to be sure we’re able to provide the care your pet needs to stay well. View our Medical Condition and Medication helpful guide. 4. Pack up your pet's belongings. BOARDING We supply everything that your pet could need including food, litter, and bowls. Here's a helpful packing list for boarding, above-and-beyond what we provide:
  • Food. We provide Freely Pet brand food - both wet & dry at no additional cost for dogs and cats. You are welcome to supply your own food. Kibble, from home, must be pre-portioned and bagged per meal. Please always pack an extra.
  • Treats. Bring a stash of your pet’s favorite treats to make their day. For dogs, we also recommend picking up a few long-lasting chew treats to relax and occupy them in their suite before bedtime and in the mornings.
  • Toys. Pack 1-2 rubber toys that your pet enjoys.
  • Quick Release Collar. For dogs participating in group play.
  • Emergency contacts. Send in a list of contacts and your veterinarian’s contact information.
